- Advising and representing an industrial client in the negotiation and conclusion of a social compensation and redundancy programme
- Advising an Austrian bank in the insolvency of a large industrial customer
- Day-to-day advice and representation of Austrian banks, in particular as regards claims management, the reorganisation of commercial customers and the defence of insolvency based avoidance actions
